Overview:
Talon Biomarkers aimed to simplify the process of analyzing flow cytometry data and generating patient reports for clinicians and researchers. Our redesign focused on reducing cognitive load and improving navigation within complex datasets. I contributed to interface design, layout systems, and user flow optimization to create a cleaner, more efficient clinical experience.
I did sign an NDA for this role, so actual screenshots of the project cannot be shared.
My Role
As a UX/UI Designer, I focused on refining the user journey and interface layouts to enhance usability and visual clarity. I collaborated closely with the development team to prototype redesigned workflows in Figma, working towards consistent navigation patterns and clean data visualization components.
Additionally, I conducted user journey mapping and feedback sessions with scientific users to identify pain points in the existing interface, translating those findings into design improvements that supported both technical precision and ease of use. With my background in IT, I was able to suggest better ways to approach the implementation and rollout of the software.Â
